Add a new card/button at the LP vaults page fo easier way to get LP tokens

After a few user interviews a UX issue was discovered related to the LP vaults page. The user has a hard time understanding where to get LP tokens when they are on the page. For this reason, a solution is to add a shortcut; design an add a liquidity card or button to the LP vaults page.

I suggest adding the provide liquidity card to the LP vaults page in the following layout:

@tbsoc FYI ruben and i agreed on a copy update to the Get Started list, so that the first item will now read "Provide Liquidity: Add liquidity by depositing BREAD on Curve and receive LP tokens."

I think this will be more clear since it more closely matches the wording on the banner card we are adding. If you see any issue with this change let me know!
