Describe the bug
If you add a "Basics" button, the styles arent applied until data is added to the link URL field, and if customised (e.g. background colour), causes the default styles not to be applied

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a "basics button"
  2. Set a custom background colour without adding a URL into the link field
  3. Preview

Expected behavior
The background should be applied along with the rest of the styles

Additionally note this also seems to happen if the link is dynamic or custom code.
