Simple program to read Matrix

I will just take a stab at this and see if anyone can help me . I want to make a program that reads a matrix at position 1,1

Rather, at the beginning, create a real_t then pass it (its pointer) to the function that will fill it:

    real_t number_i_want_mtx;
    os_GetMatrixElement(OS_VAR_MAT_A, 1, 1, &number_i_want_mtx);
