AllRawDataRefining.jar Error #2

Hello! Chunlong and Weitao,
There comes an error at the first step of running AllRawDataRefining.jar, see below:
There is no corresponding xmap record in qcmap, the reason could be the label channel in qcmap is not 2, please chack
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at bnxrefining.BNXrefining.main(BNXrefining.java:810)
My qcmap Labelchannel are all "2", my xmap LabelChannel are all "2". I cannot figure out what does this error mean.
Can you provide example datasets for the inputs? I can download your bnx and xmap from you paper, but I cannot get the qcamp and rcmap since their Bionano Solve scripts cannot be used in HPC linux clusters.
