US 04.01.01.01 - As an owner, I want to take photos from a camera frame in the app

## Expected Outcomes
The user can interact in the add item screen or item viewing screen and can take an image which will be added to the items display. 

## Questions and Thoughts 
Can we take multiple images before closing the camera?
