We've been using flux finder for aquatic CO2 fluxes for marine CO2 removal work. We use the flux rate, ambient atmospheric CO2, and measured aquatic pCO2 to calculate gas transfer velocity (k).
How hard would it be to have Fluxfinder summarize what the starting atmospheric CO2 was prior to my flux measurement (i.e., report both the flux and initial pCO2)? Not really as relevant to soil fluxes, but would be cool for floating chamber stuff where we often try to calculate k.

I still have this version downloaded on my PC and the c0 function is calculating odd concentrations for the c0 that do not make sense, so I will take a look at that.
