vSomeIP struture and new updates (ICTS)

We would like to announce that for now on we will provide controlled access to our code base (BMW) and will remain available to support any related issues that may arise. Please note that the repository is not fully open source; it is shared under specific terms to ensure governance, quality, and compliance with internal and partner requirements.

To maintain consistency, no external changes will be accepted unless they originate directly from BMW. External contributions are therefore limited to suggestions or patch submissions, in alignment with the updated roles and guidelines of ICTS (https://www.bis.gov/OICTS). Accordingly, owners of pull requests are expected to align with this contribution model; if they do not agree with this policy, they should close their pull requests to avoid them being considered.

We are currently implementing significant structural improvements across the code base, with the clear objective of enhancing overall code quality, maintainability, and performance. These changes are designed to deliver more robust and reliable results in the long term. As a consequence of this ongoing evolution, supporting older versions will become increasingly limited. To continue providing support, we will aim to maintain each released version for up to three months.

To strengthen collaboration and remain closely aligned with community needs, we will also reintroduce regular meetings (monthly). These sessions will provide a dedicated forum to discuss progress, address questions, and support the resolution of any issues found. Regular meetings will occur every first Thrusday of each month, starting in June.
