Identify progress on integration tests for internal launch

Check if there exist integration tests for the following features and create the appropriate issues if not.

• quantum functions
• qsystem native gates
• Func defs and calls
• Real-time classical logic and arithmetic including over angles
• Full structured control flow including while loops and early return
• Linear qubit types with checking and error messages
• Statically sized arrays enabling qubit-scalable programs
• Tagged integer, boolean, float output types
• Load pytket circuits as guppy functions
• Load simple types from outer Python scope
• Constant structs (Frozen Dataclass/NamedTuple style) and methods
• Meta-programming using compile time python evaluation
