sendMe (message_id): have the bot DM the message with the given ID. Basically, copy the contents of the message.
Once it's sent to DM, the user can manually pin the message if they want.
It's a pointless command since users can copy and paste, but if someone does decide to implement this, be sure it doesn't work in Q&A!
