VM Graphics Acceleration #3
Description
Issue:
When starting CSI Linux with graphics acceleration enabled, XFCE is not able to be displayed if you are using graphics acceleration in the hypervisor. This affects both the KVM and the Virtualbox images.
How to reproduce:
In Virtualbox, create the VM but before starting it, go to Display --> Enable 3D Accelleration and raise the video RAM to maximum.
In Virt-manager, create the VM but before starting it, go to Show Hardware Details --> Display Spice and change the Listen Type to "none" and choose OpenGL and the video card. Then go to Video and change the model to VirtIO and check the 3D acceleration box
In both cases, you will get a black screen when trying to log into CSI Linux.
