feat: More logging targets

Option to log to file, and minimum severity to log the message.

Option to just log messages with a certain severity, like only log http logs to a file.

Logging to Sentry?

Logging levels should also be changed:

1. Error
2. Warn
3. Info
4. Verbose
5. Silly
6. Debug

Possibly have logging levels that only prints that level? So Logger.sentry(...) only logs to sentry for example.
