Add functionality to update flashpoint milestones

When writing a conversation for a Flashpoint, it would be very helpful if ConverseTek was able to update the Flashpoint milestones that it is related to.

This would (hopefully) eliminate the need to cut-n-paste the conversation guid into the flashpoint json as well as ensuring that Flashpoint decision tags are properly set in the various branches that require them.

When you say update the Flashpoint milestone, can you give me more details on what would need to be updated? Ids only?

Aside from populate the conversation GUID into the Talk milestone:

I was also wondering if the Flashpoint Decision responses / nodes in the conversation would be able to set the appropriate RequirementTags in the Branch milestone

Alternatively, if the milestone JSON can be loaded and those tags are already present, then just have the Flashpoint Decision nodes get prepopulated with the actions to set them.
