ishiar:
As a young person
I want to create either goals or note down challenging situations
So that I can finally manage to practice my exposure to challenging situations and by doing so, reaching my goal.

1:
As a young person using the app...
I want to name an overarching goal, or name one ladder
So that I can then think about all the challenges that are associated with reaching this goal.

2:
As a young person using the app...
I want to describe challenging situations
So that I can then add them to an overarching goal.

As a young person using the app...
I want to add challenging situations to a goal
So that I have all challenging situations clustered that refer to the same goal .

As a young person using the app...
I want to rate my challenging situation on a continuous scale (slider)...
So that I don't feel anxiety with choosing a specific rating

As a young person using the app...
I want to see with the lowest scores of the challenges of one overarching goal
So that I can then choose my current challenge to practice them.

As a young person using the app...
I want to rate my anxiety at the start of practice
So that I can then engage in my practice.

As a young person using the app...
I want to rate my anxiety at the end of the practice, insert the minutes of my practice and note down observations/lessons learnt
So that I don't forget the details and the vivid experience whilst waiting to do it later the day.

As a young person using the app...
I want to see the history of the ratings of all challenges in a diagram
So that I understand that before practice usually anxiety is quite high, remaining in the challenging situations usually lowers it a bit, and with repeating every challenge we would expect anxiety levels to slowly become lower ratings per challenge.

@imaniwilliams These are brilliant! Thank you. I have created some new issues (#33 & #34 ) to cover the last ones on your list. So I think we have turned all of these user stories into issues to be resolved now.

@ishiar @imaniwilliams I have also assigned a "milestone" to all of our user stories, based on when we expect to have this functionality delivered.

You can see all the milestones from the "milestones" button on the issues page:
milestones

When you are looking through the list of issues, it might be easiest for you to filter by "label" and choose "Prototype" (if you only want to see the issues we are working on in this sprint) 👍

Tomorrow we will put up a live version of what we have so far. That way you can play with it and let us know what you think. If there are any problems, or if there is anything missing, feel free to click on the "New issue" button, give it a title, and then write your user story in the normal format:
As a...
I want to...
So that...
