Options Section

I would like to add a section under the navlinks for toggling certain things about the page itself. This is separate from the options in the first <article>, which are for the data on the page, and not the page itself.

Current State

The layout of the page is static.

Target State

• The page's layout will change dynamically based on the options selected in the options section.
• The options section will be collapsible.
• The options section will be located at the top of the page, underneath the navlinks.
• Add an option to toggle the Rank column.
• Add an option to toggle Spell Scaling when Add Spell Scaling #19 is complete.
• Add an option to toggle Inventory Mode when Inventory Mode #22 is complete.
• Add button to manually load cached data when Defer Cache Updates #24 is complete.
• Add a collapsible view for the cached data when Defer Cache Updates #24 is complete.
