BLUF
I'd like to be able to consider a weapon's attack speed in the results of the Weapon Page.
Current State
Haligtree's Weapon Page just shows weapons' attack rating; an abstraction of the per-hit damage.
Target State
- Haligtree will also collect and display data on weapons' attack speeds.
- Will collecting this data require action, or can I refactor Erdtree Utils to do this programmatically?
- Add a toggle for considering weapon DPS (new functionality) vs. per-hit damage (current functionality).
