Description
We need a tutorial outlining how to contribute a theme layout, including:
- Providing links to CSS and SASS resources
- Outlining the purpose of a layout and the responsibilities of a layout (e.g. being responsive)
- How it fits in the theme system
- How to modify existing layouts
- How to contribute new layouts
