The CCSS and SCS would like to have a funding request form for other tech clubs to request funds from us.

Make a copy of it to edit. Keep what is useful, add anything missing. For reference, this document was created with the intentional of the form solely being used for requests made to the SCS. This year, requests being made to the CCSS is also in scope due to our increased funding from the levy.
This proposal should likely include:
- Guidelines around when funding should be approved (should already be there, just review)
- Comparison to other student club funds (Matthew already has a CUX comparison)
- A template for funding instructions and the form (should already be there, just review)
- A plan for how to determine whether the CCSS or SCS will cover a certain request (new)
