Localtunnel "Tunnel errored Error: connection refused:"

There are some stability issues that are causing the localtunnel instance we use to expose our bot to the web to crash and throw a weird error message:

Tunnel errored Error: connection refused: localtunnel.me:39567 (check your firewall settings)

There's a discussion about it here: localtunnel/localtunnel#81

Ideally this should be fixed by localtunnel itself, but there are some hacks that we can try to make this work. Open to discussion.
