When login in with SDDM two things occur:
If the system is freshly booted and you try to enter the gamescope session it plays the intro sound a second or two,and then shows the login screen again.
If the system is not freshly booted it simply shows a black screen with a blinking underscore a few seconds and then it returns to the login screen.
The problem was solved after installing a different login prompt such as GDM and LightDM (both working as expected)
I'm using the latest version of EndevourOS (kernel 6.6.3)
