Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to verify all JS libraries we use are up to the latest fixed versions for vulnerabilities.

Describe the solution you'd like
Inventory them and check for updates. Remove ones we do not use.

  • bootstrap 5
  • chart.js
  • datatables
  • jquery-ui, validation, etc.
  • moment.js
  • select2
  • toastr
  • font-awesome 6 free

Then get rid of all we DO NOT use.

make sure all JS and CSS are minified, and are local so this can run air-gapped
