BreweryMod Brews are not supposed to compact but they do

Unsure if this is from changes over time (new Minecraft/ plugin versions idk) but brewerymod brews can now be compacted, but they cannot be decompacted. So we need to see if we can either 1) make them uncompactable or 2) prevent them from being compacted

So this brew was able to be compacted/ decompacted. This is the brew in regular state
