Fishing in Tjikko #96
Description
We have two giant lakes in Tjikko (both are in a River biome), and yet we can't fish there. This seems unbalanced; you can fish in most river biomes and it means that we have to do even more travelling to make ruby enrichment when civs in Eilon have to do none.
