Does Lightweight DELETE return a value when used with a JOIN?

The documentation states that Lightweight DELETE does not immediately remove the row from disk but marks it as deleted, and SELECT will not return the marked row. But if a JOIN is used and the row is marked as deleted, will that row still be accessible?

Here's an example query. If I used Lightweight DELETE, would the user still have access to the machine?
