backend: shared notes

Summary

Users should be able to share specific notes with other users.

Specifications

• A new table, shared_notes, should be created in the prisma/schema.prisma
• New service to add a user to a note, given their user ID
• New service to remove a user from a note, given their user ID
• Connect both services to their respective controllers
