backend: shared workspaces

Summary

Users should be able to share workspaces with other users.

Specifications

• A new table, shared_workspaces, should be created in the prisma/schema.prisma
• New service to add a user to a workspace, given their user ID
• New service to remove a user from a workspace, given their user ID
• Connect both services to their respective controllers
