Feature Request

CoLRev should include a project.schedule to facilitate project management, i.e., analytics/visualization of progress and coordination. We should keep track of the following key information:

  • Who leads the review (as a principal investigator)?
  • Who is responsible for the different steps (a people - step matrix)?
  • When should the different steps be completed (deadlines for each step)?

Based on ClarkGlasziouDelMarEtAl2020 (41 weeks per LR), we could suggest the following defaults:

  • problem formulation: 5 weeks
  • metadata retrieval: 3 weeks
  • metadata prescreen: 7 weeks
  • PDF retrieval: 3 weeks
  • PDF screen: 7 weeks
  • Data analysis and synthesis: 20 weeks

Related tools:

TBD:

  • How should we facilitate coordination (task assignment) and communication?
  • How can we support more granular scheduling/should we allow different structures?
