Overview
We have a new design for the notification dropdown and the task of this ticket is to implement this new design. The design has "User added a grant" don't worry about having functionality for that since our notifications are only for grant due dates. Either way the component should have the message defined in the notification object.
Tasks
- Update the notification dropdown design
- Match the code with the figma in terms of coloring, spacing, layout, and font.
Acceptance Criteria
- New notification dropdown is made with the notifications populated from the backend
- New frontend matches the figma
