Add few custom css classes, used for problem statements

Few problem statements we have added look similar to ones at original site. However they are slightly different because some custom css classes used in the old site are not added to new one yet.

Please detect them and add them (copying necessary fragments from `common.css` of the older site). So that task look more "properly" (as we are going to transfer some content from the old site "as is").
