DevContainer for an easier dev onboarding experience #5
Description
Since building stuff in C++ has never been very easy it would be helpful for everyone contributing to just grab a devcontainer.json and docker files and build it themselves on their machines. We use CMake and vcpkg that streamline the building but still a standardized dev-environment would be helpful and save time.
