The engine is trying so hard to *not* install hscript-improved

Explanation:

I ran update.bat and then tried to compile the game. "Oopsie, hscript-improved needs to be installed!" Ok, that's weird, I swear I ran update.bat; maybe my flash drive got unplugged midway, I'll run it again. "Nope! Install hscript-improved!" so then I'm just like "Ok I'm gonna go into libs.xml and do it manually." WHOOPS I get THIS error now whenever I try that

delete .haxelib and run it again

I didn't list that because I did that and then re-ran update.bat and then it still didn't work

I wound up manually installing the custom-classes branch into the git folder and forging a .current file
hoping it works
still begs the question of "why did it not work"
