Design Game class and Player interface

• The methods of the game class must throw UnsupportedOperationException.
• Add other classes if necessary for design, but don't implement them.
• Add implemented test-cases. All tests should fail (because methods aren't implemented yet).
• When done, make a pull request that targets epic/play-against-computer
