Page Chi Siamo (all devices): high contrast on hover button "Conosci altri volontari"

On the page "Chi Siamo", the button "Conosci altri volontari" have normally a grey background and a white text color, but when I hover over it, the text color becomes blue and this creates a high contrast of color that is bad to see.
