Queueing the query

In order to be able to run SLOW query we should be able to queue query done by the user and give him a way to fetch the result later as it is done in quarry.

Several roads ahead here:

• Quick & Dirty execution as an external task queued in the GridEngine (using qsub), serialization of results, fetching later.
• A fully-fleshed queueing system using Celery or something
• Using quarry

2nd option is to much work and wheel-reinvention IMO. 3rd is not possible at the moment.

We have the choice between implementing something quick 'n dirty now, or wait for Yuvi to implement an API to quarry.
