documentation: Mention the CLI on conduit documentation #2108

Document in https://conduit.io/docs/configuration the updated CLI. Maybe even a reference to ecdysis to show it off.
Anything that could be done to show the different options for the CLI.
Cobra provides a way to autogenerate documentation, so we may want to check on that.
