SHIP adapter for Lightproof DB / IBC Proof Server

Add the option to sync lightproof DB from SHIP. Should support full, independent syncing from chain genesis, or from specific block height. In order to start from a specific block height, incremental merkle tree and witness hashes must be provided.

In addition, we also want to make sure that SHIP can be used as an alternative to Dfuse / Firehose when it comes to retrieving action receipts in IBC Proof Server. The configuration mechanism should allow for completely independent selection of Lightproof db and Proof server data sources.
