Add boolean to indicate if there is not enough data

Add this attribute to data model.

Will also need to figure out how to represent this in the UI. I think a "-" in place of the overall score would work.

Currently we display a score of 5 which could be misleading, plus I don't want to really on pre-calculated overallscores for manual scores anymore - so that all entries in the database can have a calculated score.
