[Bug]: Causing poor performance / crashing on some sites such as Ubiquiti UniFi Site Manager

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released version of Check.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

1. Install and configure Check (all General options configured, update interval set to 4, all Branding options configured, everything else is default)
2. Visit affected website e.g. https://unifi.ui.com, https://ebay.co.uk
3. Navigation is slow for at least the first few seconds, if you try to click links it can cause tab to crash and Edge to ask if it should wait for the tab to respond
4. Disable Check extension, visit the same websites and they are responsive

Only tested on Edge 141.0.3537.71 (Official build) (64-bit). Most websites are fine and I have only found these two examples.

Experiencing the same issue here. Other sites that are hard-hit by this are IT Glue and FortiManager. There are roughly 5-to-10-second long delays where the page is unresponsive. If I click the Check drop-down during this freeze-up period, it is greyed out and says "Initializing". Once the page is responsive, the Check drop-down is also normal looking. Disabling or uninstalling the Check extension makes things behave normally again.

Happens in both Edge and Chrome. Extension version 1.0.5, Detection Rules Version 1.0.6

I experienced this today in Autotask as well. Whitelisting the website immediately caused the freezes to stop. Uising 1.0.5 + 10.6. in Chrome.
