[Feat]: 紧凑型网页窗口希望增加一个最小化快捷键 #2382

如题，在跟着攻略过剧情的时候，有时候想要截图，但是被紧凑型窗口挡住了，截图出来也不好看，特别是改了透明度之后，画面更加怪异了，希望增加一个最小化和恢复的快捷键

新增一个或者两个快捷键，分别用于紧凑型窗口的最小化和恢复，这样可以更方便的沉浸做任务，而不用为了截图手动切出去再把窗口最小化
