Unfrozen scoreboard ZIP has wrong order #3297
Description
If you don't unfreeze the scoreboard but download the unfrozen ZIP from the jury interface, the order of teams seem to be wrong, but the problem info is correct.
My guess is that it uses the scorecache for public instead of restricted.
