Hello @wyclike,

The patent PDF documents can be downloaded from the patent offices websites: USPTO (using the publication number), JPO (using the publication number), CNIPA (using the publication number), EPO (using the application number), KIPO (using the application number).

They should also be accessible online using Google Patents, WIPO Patentscope, or LexisNexis. For large-scale processing, Google Patents might be the most straightforward option since you could automatically generate URLs and retrieve the documents. However, I am uncertain whether this approach is compatible with all patent offices.
