Issues with json not having children for text objects

Hi Everyone!

I am new to docling and although I am able to successfully convert a .docx file into a json, when I check the structure I cannot see the hierarchy correctly.

For example:

The first image is from the document. As you can see, the Notification of Default is linked to the body (parent) when it should point to the clause 26 in the file. The following 2 paragraphs should have their parent pointing to "#/texts/2348" and not body. Do I need to use anything fancier that I am missing?

Also, the first item in the second image should have the clause number somewhere, but it is gone. should say 26.9 Notification of Default.

This happens to all items in the document. None of my text objects has children.
