How does Docling compare to IDP tools? (AWS Textract, Azure AI Document Intelligence, etc.)

I've been looking for ways to process documents to feed into LLMs and Docling seems like it could be an option. I just need to know if it fills the same role as existing intelligent document processing (IDP) tools, or does it function at a more basic level, like OCRmyPDF and PDFMiner.
