Created a Docling MCP Server

Hello,

I have created a Docling MCP(Model Context Protocol) Server which can be used in Anthropic's Claude Desktop app and other MCP clients. Check out the github repo here: https://github.com/Deep070203/docling-mcp
Currently it supports the basic conversion to markdown. I will keep adding features to it. Please give me feedback!

@Deep070203 Interesting! Out of curiosity, what are scenarios/workflows in which you would expose a Docling server via the MCP to an LLM?

@simonschoe A MCP server can used by different client applications like Anthropic Claude Desktop, Continue Coding Assistant and other apps. So, a non-technical person can download this server, add to their config and just write "Convert this pdf file to markdown" and the assistant will automatically convert the file and save it instead of writing full code. Also, once you guys include SmolDocling, it will become more helpful as document parsing and understanding would become easy!

P.S: I want to keep adding more Docling features.
