Describe the bug

The footer is not responsive (the links are overlapped). on single item view (full metadate view), the "Download" text breaks and "No thumbnail available" text goes beyond the cover. Tested on e.g width 390px.

I was able to verify this on the Sandbox site (https://sandbox.dspace.org) with a width of 390px.

The footer display matches the image above.

The thumbnail display is similar, but I didn't see as much breaking the box using Chrome browser...nonetheless it does break out of the box slightly. Also, if you reload or revisit the page, then the text "No Thumbnail Available" will sometimes be scaled/formatted properly.

The same behavior for both also occurs on the Demo Site (https://demo.dspace.org) running 8.x. So, this isn't specific to DSpace 9
