Describe the bug
On the search page when you only have one result for your query, and you click on Search Tools, the Settings section overflows over the footer.

To Reproduce
Set your results per page to 1 and make your screen smaller than 768px

Expected behavior
The background of the settings should be white and you should still be able to see the footer at the bottom.
