Add Floating Feedback Button on Right Side of Homepage #214

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
We would like to enhance user engagement by adding a floating “Feedback” button on the website UI. The button should be positioned on the middle-right side of the screen and remain visible while scrolling.
Describe the solution you'd like
-The button should be fixed on the right side, vertically centered.
-It should be visible on all pages (or at least the homepage, if scope-limited).
-On click, it should: Open a feedback form modal, or redirect to a feedback/contact page (implementation choice left to contributor).
Describe alternatives you've considered
-Minimal and clean design matching the current BYAMN UI theme.
-Rounded edges preferred.
-Hover effect for better UX.
-Icon + text (e.g., 📝 Feedback) is optional but recommended.
