Add Categroies for accuracy curves

Instead of having one blanket accuracy curve that applies to all maps allow the creation of a curve category. For example with the poodles pool: It might have 3 curves:

• Short poodles
• medium pooodles
• long poodles

Since the technique and good scores on these 3 different maps styles is different CR cannot appropriately be given based on a single curve.
