The screw terminals are just too small. Replace them with something larger.

Remove aux. power terminals
Moved power status LEDs to centre of board
Replace screw terminals on relays
Replace screw terminals on OneWire bus (or just remove them?)
Replace screw terminals on opto-isolated inputs and adjust spacing
