[FEATURE] Ability to Save Block Outline Presets #5

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes, I need to swap block outline styles. But keeping reconfiguring block outlines multiples of times would be quite intricating, at least for me.
Describe the solution you'd like
An ability to save custom block outline as presets, so that users don't need to reconfigure block outlines frequently when they need a different block outline style temporarily, before reverting back to the previous outline style.
