Describe the issue

Title. Saw a vamp spawn rogue "the Humen" with bright white eyes. When I got converted myself and disguised, had white eyes as well. It never went away, despite undisguised form having red eyes as normal.

Known issue with fully_heal() proc. Vampires regeneration is a full heal that calls it. It has a regenerate_organs() proc nested inside of it that resets eyes' preferences on the user, making it very obvious who was ahealed or converted into a vampire and used their healing ability.
